Meet the people rethinking how we build with nature.
WeNest emerged from the research of architect and experimental designer Thea Maykl.
After years working in architecture and exploring new methods of construction, Thea continued her studies at the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (IAAC) in Barcelona, where her focus shifted toward additive manufacturing, computational design, and sustainable building technologies.
Together with producer and business strategist Katie Pushkina, they founded WeNest to bring a new generation of ecological construction technologies to the building industry.

KATIE PUSHKINA
CEO & Co-Founder
- Over 12 years of experience in business development and creative industries across Europe and the US.
- 4.5 years of work as an engineer in applied technology.
- Entrepreneur and strategist experienced in scaling innovative projects.
- Master of Engineering in Technology and Production Automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Marketing, applying a strategic approach to project and brand development
